Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, excluding public holidays. orders that are placed after 4m on a Friday may not be dispatched until Wednesday, depending on how long payment takes. Orders that contain a number of items may take 3 to 4 working days to be delivered and may not guarantee that all items will be delivered together, however we ensure to do our best to deliver in three or less days with all items together.
However, these are guidelines and it may vary. You will be provided with a confirmation email regarding payment confirmation, followed by an email regarding dispatched items which will contain a tracking number.
Goods will be delivered by An Post or with GLS couriers who will request a signature to confirm delivery of goods.
